Answer: that happened in a UK soap called Coronation Street about 10 years ago thenwe did it my grandad when his gnome got stolen, we'd sign it from the gnomeif anyone sent him a postcard and we always sent him an extrabirthday/christmas card from the gnome then it randomly appeared back in hisgarden one day (slightly different gnome but looked more or less the same)afetr about two years...
