Business Postcard Printing Software?

Question:
Can anyone recommned a good software for printing businesspostcard? I am using the Avery postcard paper but theirWizard software is pretty useless.

Thanks in advance,

Answer: You might try CorelDraw. You can get the "Office Edition" for under $100and I'm pretty sure you can get Avery templates for it. I printed some postcard "shells" on a press, and I run them through myprinter with the variable content. This way I can customize the look ofeach batch of cards, and even personalize EACH CARD for the person it'sgoing to. It's one of the cheapest, most effective ways to do postcards inmy humble-yet-professional opinion. The beauty here is that you can then use just about ANY software you'd like.Lately, I've been using MS Publisher, mostly because it lets me put stufffrom a database into each postcard (personalization), and because it'sreally easy to use for home/office stuff like this. But you would be ableto use pretty much anything...even Word or just about any layout softwareyou can get your hands on.
