Question:
I designed a postcard /full color printing , andwe sent it to a service that uses a Canon CLC1000 high volume colorcopier/digital machine. The proof had a serious misregistration erroron 2 of the 4 cards on the page. I believe this machine is outdatedand probably doesn't have good drum alignment, or feed problems?

So I am looking for a good quality printing service--there are many Isee. Vistaprint.com is the cheapest and they say they use highquality offset. They have a nice file upload preview system too. Idon't know what their work looks like or how my design might lookprinted with their process. My friend is actually looking for acompany he can use to sell 4 color printing to his customers.

Answer: I have a dumb question; Why doesn't your printer print his/her own work?Is this short run and you want to go digital? If so, what use is sending outa printed piece to potential customers if it does not highlight the printersin-house potential?I am a commercial printer in the North East US.
