I had two postcards sent back in the last two days. Stupid post office notmen mind I add . Both clearly marked and bought postcards to I remember someone saying they sent them to someone at the postoffice orsomething and got free stamps for them can anyone tell me how to do this?

Answer: My daughter wrote to the post office last week enclosing a returned postcard, she moaned that the incompetent postal service had caused her to missa closing date for a comp. She had a letter back yesterday with an apologyand a book of 12 first class stamps.She addressed the letter to Complaints Manager, Sorting office, and handedit in at our local big post office I only got 4 stamps when it happened to me - and one of my postcards hadbeen sent back to me twice - in spite of my writing TO and FROM in largefriendly letters. The problem has never recurred since I started turningthem round 90 degrees.
